About the Founder - Federica Cerutti
Luxury Concierge St. Moritz was founded by Federica Cerutti, whose passion for hospitality and deep
connection to the Engadin valley inspired her to create a highly personalised concierge service for
international guests.
Having worked closely with international families as both a babysitter and ski instructor, as well as at
Badrutt’s Palace St. Moritz, she gained a unique understanding of what truly makes a holiday in St. Moritz
memorable. These experiences provided valuable insight into the needs of international guests and the
level of service, discretion and attention to detail required to create seamless and exceptional stays.
Today, Federica combines her hospitality background from EHL (Hospitality & Business School Lausanne), extensive local knowledge and trusted network to provide dedicated support before and throughout each client’s stay.
For her clients, she is more than a concierge - she is a trusted local contact in the Engadin valley.
About the Team - Carlotta
Creative & Event Operation Specialist
With a decade of international experience producing extra-luxury events for brands like Boss, Tom Ford, Kiton, Philipp Plein, Porsche, and Tag Heuer across Milan, Paris, Dubai, New York and Miami, she brings an exceptional eye for detail and flawless operational execution.
Driven by her passion for the mountains, she moved to the Engadin, where she now applies her event-honed precision to lifestyle concierge management, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience and daily operational flow meets the highest international standards.
For her clients, she is more than an organizer – she is the visionary behind every unforgettable moment and bespoke experience.
